About me…. After forty years of the daily hustle, I officially traded my briefcase for a crochet hook in September 2025! My life is a colourful tapestry woven with love, family, and a lifelong obsession with making things by hand. When I'm not lost in a sea of paper (my favourite obsession since 2008!), you’ll find me adventuring with my husband, John, and our big, fluffy shadow, Moosh—an 8-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog with a heart as big as his paws. My greatest treasures are my daughter, Lauren, and the three little stars who call me Nana: Harper, Callie, and Casey. I’ve been crafting stories and keepsakes since childhood, and now I finally have all the time in the world to let my imagination run wild! ✨🧶✂️

Challenges
This weeks theme is "Anything Goes" i decided to make a mini style tissue box , i have used Chocolate box co ordinations card stock, this is embossed and sanded to enhance the core colour which is pink, flowers, lace and gems from stash. pop over to the Glitter Geeks blog and have join in the theme, there you will find other cards by the design team for some inspiration....have Fun Crafting Folks!
Im very happy and proud to announce that i have now permanently joined the design team over at Polka Doodle, Nikky and Tracey have been very supportive and i have had the loveliest welcome from the rest of the team, 2012 is going to be a very busy and exciting time and i'm soooo excited for the new year and hope you all enjoy the designs i bring to you :)))...For my first design card with the team i have used polka doodles Windy Tree Stamp and free polka doodle stamps from a magazine for the image and sentiment, coloured using a combination of Flex and Pro markers, design papers are from magical winter cd the window/aperture was created using layers from Nestabilities shaped dies. i used an embossing folder to create the snowflakes on the card stock, pop over to POLKA DOODLES CHALLENGE and join in the fun!..
