Gardner Bob: use 3 of something!

Happy Friday and time for a new Blog challenge over at Polkadoodles HERE My project was inspired by a Birthday for a friend whom every year spends lots of time taking care of his allotment! i thought this image was perfect !

Here i have used Gardener Bob Digital image and coloured him with alcohol markers, the team challenge was to " use 3 items" so I've used 3 brads and also 3 embellishments.

Secret Surprise - REVEAL card marry me? LEAP YEAR!

Stuck for as an idea how to reveal something as a surprise? I have coloured  up the CUPID DIGI STAMP using Copic markers and created this surprise reveal card, the deign papers you can find HERE

I was inspired by it being " Leap year" and thought its the time the ladies can ask there partner the question and thought it would be a fun way by doing a reveal card! you can purchase the die is designed by Wendy Poole, its not as hard as it may appear to create such a fun card..

Another fun way would be to create a gender reveal card , what a fun way to reveal the news at your baby shower party?..

anyway back to creating, have a fun week all you crafters and see you again soon. Nelly X

Heart themed notepad Bookmark

Happy Friday all! this weeks theme was " Hearts" and thought i would do something different this time: using all the papers from the  Distress ink paper bundle printed and folded into  quarters, using a  heart shaped die ( or cut by hand)  carefully place approx 1/2 inch  before the folded point , print and cut cut several pages, when opened it looks like a flower!! Cut the front and back heart from a cereal packet and covered this also using the papers, glued onto a strip of hessian and carefully adhering the folded  hearts shaped pages  you have a notepad on the go in your favourite diary/notebook : the sentiment is using my " go to" sensational everyday stamps which is a " must have set"  flowers are used using punches from my stash and the left over scraps, go on give this a go its quite simple and useful project! until next time Happy Crafting all :-)
