NELLY Happy New year to everyone!  I have made a CAS card with cake and candles using The birthday-cake-digital-stamp  the background is coloured with alcohol pens as is the image which is just perfect for all with a birthday and one you can keep in your stash!

Here is my project for this weeks craft for the challenge, we was asked to design a winter Birthday card that has an interactive element, I have used Winnie-Christmas-wishes- paper download - Winnie Topper Collection - making faces sentiments-  you can see the video below  to reveal what the wheel says!

Christmas gifts tags

Happy Friday All! using the stamps from Country-Christmas-sprigs-rubber-stamp-set i created  6 gift tags  cut from the basics-tags-dies HERE using two different techniques, the background has been coloured up using various distress ink pads, i then stamped a few tone on tone colours and a few more i stamped and then bleached the colours out. this is such a versatile stamp set and you may NEED it!

I created this using an image and design papers from twiggy-toots-festive-fun-digital-cd-crafting-collection . the card shape was created using the Fancy borders-stencil HERE! the holly embellishments I stamped and cut out using country-christmas-sprigs-rubber-stamp-set 

Mosaic Christmas card - DT Project

Happy Friday all, for my project this week i have made a Mosaic Christmas card using 3 different  Polka doodles design paper download bundles cutting into 1.5 inch squares and layered onto a punched scalloped edged card, the image is The Peace and Joy Gnome stamp water coloured distress inks and pro marker alcohol pens.

1. HALLOWEEN/AUTUMN/FALL - DT project

Here I've used winnie-wednesday-pumpkin-digi-stamp and coloured her with pro markers, the design papers are from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-download-papers , sentiment " creeping by to say hi" is from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-download-sentiments

Christmas winter door hanging decoration

Using a mdf snowflake i decorated it using two cute penguins digi stamp and colouring them with distress markers: the background is a water colour wash, next i took some twine and threaded through some jingle bells and a star form my craft stash ! think this will look super cute hanging on my door this Christmas!

Autumn- Fall scarecrow : Polkadoodles dt card

This weeks team challenge is Autumn! crikey yes its Autumn just around the corner ! ...Using leaf images from the AUTUMN FALL BUNDLE  created the background design paper: the lovely scarecrow was also taken from the AUTUMN BUNDLE  I then die cut an off set circle frame: the " Just because" sentiment is sensational stamps A5 set   and i stamps it onto  the one of the small tag dies in the TAG DIE COLLECTION  

 

Special Birthday 30th - Tri fold card

Happy Friday all: this week the team was set a challenge to create a special Birthday card? I decided to go with a Tri fold shaped card using Winne new bonnet digi stamp the design papers are taken from the Belle Papillon download bundle and the 30 sentiment was using alphabet-a5-stamp-set-with-co-ordinating-stencil I coloured the image  with pro markers,  the corner pockets was created by cutting into the design papers and here you can place gift cards, tags or money.

Christmas in August! Bow card

Happy Friday all! This weeks team challenge is Christmas in August 3. Use Red, Green & Blue - add 3 buttons! can you spot the 3 buttons lol! one is really hard to see in this picture as I've used it for the centre of the poinsettia flower but you can find the other two if you look closely!

I created this card using a bow card template I have in my craft stash: using the Bauble Fun Gnome clear stamp I coloured the image with pro markers, the design papers are from The Picknix collection CD embellishments are from my stash.

Its a Summer party!

Happy Friday all ! for this weeks design team Polkadoodles project I have created a shell basket to carry small treats for the little ones as we have a " Beach in Nottingham" themed city centre and they can carry there own little treats to the city centre beach themed party!

Using the team challenge " bright colours" I  took the shell image into serif and copied and welded together to make a SHELL basket and cut around the shell image on the backing paper found HERE The images  WINNIE SPECIAL MOMENTS and PARASOL ETC were added to the shell basket to decorate! ... the little ones loved this and hopefully it gives you some inspiration to make this project for yours to enjoy! ....bye for now ...

Ice cream for the sweetest of Birthdays!

For my project I decided to go CAS and create this " Sweet  Birthday  DL card" using an  Ice Cream image and taking into a graphics program to add additional layers, I decoupaged the layers and added a sentiment created in Word. The fame is a sentiment frame from the same CD .  There is lots to choose from in this collection at Polkadoodles called SUNDAE OF SEASONS CD

ATC COINS Friends Bird with feathers flock together!

Yeah its Friday! another Polkadoodles challenge soon comes around, the team this time the team was asked to create anything we liked, use girlfriend colour and girlfriend image! ....well Birds with feathers stick together just like best friends don't they? ....so i created these A.T.C coins that I will put inside the card and envelope when sending out on my friends Birthday...i adore these! Using just one of the stamp images from Birds together stamp set all coloured with distress markers using the Girlfriend colour challenge!

4 generation family clipboard: Polkadoodles blog challenge

Happy Friday everyone! ..for this weeks team challenge we was set a challenge to

1. Theme: Family/Older Generation

2- Using this : colour Palette an image which would appeal to someone in your FAMILY who is retired

3. Make: Something which has a photo keepsake included, IE a family photo, baby photo etc. i.e. a card for a grandma with a photo of you and your children included in there.

Initially I was going to create a scrap page but then I wanted the picture to be on display to enjoy so I cut a piece of MDF board to create a clipboard I covered with Gesso and added texture paste to flower doodles stencil and stamped images using stamps from Butterfly and flowers collection. I manipulated some old photos of my daughter, mum and grandma so it looked like all 4 generations was all together in the picture! This was so out of my usual comfort zone but I'm really happy with the way it turned out and a real family keepsake! Here is my take on this challenge, hope you like it!

Wedding stationary

I applied something old (Silver & Blue Tassels from my stash) ... Something New ( In a frenzy stamp soup set) Something Blue...( Metallic blue marker pen) for this weeks wedding theme and made a Favour box, Save the date tag and an invitation.

Fathers day treat

Happy Friday to all! for my project I've have created an all in one box that exactly fits a Terry's orange, I thought this was a fabulous idea for a gift for the man in our lives: I have used  design papers and elements from not for girls definitely for men the tag was cut from creative paper pack using the the basic tag dies , if you would like to create this gift box click on the link HERE
