Hi Everyone for this weeks Big number Birthday card i have used images and design papers form the new Sugar Plum Daisy CD , the style is a Z gate fold and i have made the wrap to hold it closed, perfect for a sweet 16th Birthday :) embellishments are also from this adorable Cd!
